Return & Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Trust Veda Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we are committed to delivering authentic Ayurvedic health and wellness products to our customers. This Return and Refund Policy outlines our terms regarding returns, refunds, and order cancellations. By making a purchase on https://trustveda.com, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.


2. No Returns and No Refunds on Prepaid Orders

Prepaid Orders: All sales made through prepaid payment methods (via PayU or other gateways) are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products purchased using prepaid payment methods due to the nature of our products (personal use, hygiene, and safety). Customers are advised to review their order carefully before placing it.


3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders & Return to Origin (RTO)

COD Orders: For orders placed using the Cash on Delivery option, if the delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

  • Customer unavailability at the delivery time

  • Customer refusal to accept the order without valid reason

…the package will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO) and returned to us.

RTO Charges: Customers may be held responsible for additional shipping and handling costs incurred in RTO cases. Repeated RTO instances may result in the suspension of the COD payment option for the customer.


4. Order Cancellations

Pre-Shipment Cancellations: Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped.
To cancel, please email us promptly at orders@trustveda.com with your order details.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@trustveda.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Video of the damaged/defective item

After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or process a refund if applicable.


6. Exceptions

  • Personal & Consumable Products: Due to the nature of our Ayurvedic wellness products, once opened, they cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Customized or Special Orders: Final sale, non-returnable.

8. Timelines for Refunds

Since we do not offer refunds on prepaid orders, timelines generally do not apply.
However, in exceptional cases (e.g., damaged product approval), refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval and credited to your original payment method.
