Trust Veda Private Limited offers authentic Ayurvedic health and wellness products, marketed by us and manufactured by our trusted partners. All purchases are subject to product availability, and we reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or replace any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Ordering and Payment

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order, whether or not confirmed, at our sole discretion, without liability to you or any third party.

Payment: All payments must be made through our designated payment gateway, PayU (for prepaid orders). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all purchases made via our Site.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping: Orders are shipped via our logistics partner ShipPrime. Shipping times may vary based on product availability and delivery location. Any delivery timelines provided are estimates and may be affected by delays outside our control (e.g., courier delays, natural disasters, strikes).

Risk of Loss: All products purchased from our Site are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trust Veda Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site.

  • Any content obtained from the Site.

  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the product purchased from us.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trust Veda Private Limited, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our products or Site.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
